If you are looking to sell your existing Lease Assignment on a privately-owned pub, we can help. We offer realistic market appraisal and advice in respect of the asking price for your business. An accurate valuation is key to the success of selling your lease, should you already have a valuation we are happy to work with that, however at 12 weeks should your lease be attracting limited interest we would advise that one of our regional property experts review the valuation and give you our own market appraisal. We will only do this with approval from you. It is important to note this is an additional cost of £495 plus VAT
